Social Media. Its all too much for me.

When I am out and about promoting our online services at networking events, eventually the conversation comes round to social media, and what I hear again and again is:

• All I want is someone to show me what to do
• I don't know where to start I just wish someone would do it for me
• Which is better Facebook or Twitter or Linked In
• I don't see how that can help my business
• It doesn't suit my business
